If you are on iOS 8.1.3 you can not jailbreak your device. According to sources, the team Taig Jailbreak have discovered security flaw in iOS 8.2 Beta 2 which was released some time ago by Apple.
But unfortunately Taig did not told further whether the vulnerability can still be accessed on the latest iOS 8.2 beta 5.
Apple have shut down the access of signing the usage of iOS 8.2 Beta1 and Beta2, the which means no devices was permitted to upgrade to iOS 8.2 Beta1 and Beta2 in the official way.
I myself hope iOS 8.2 Jailbreak and support for a variety of interesting tweaks. As an additional note, iOS 8.1.3 until now does not support Jailbreak from any developer. So if you come across an article or tools to Jailbreak iOS 8.1.3 – please use these softwares carefully, they can come with malware and things like this.
If you have already updated to iOS 8.1.3 you will need to wait until a new jailbreak comes out so you can jailbreak your device and enjoy tweaks.
